I went to Drakes Bay last Friday. Only because the road to the lighthouse was blocked because of road repair.

It's been a month since we were there so I'm not sure but everything was open when we were there except the road to the lighthouse was closed so you could not get to the lighthouse. I would check the website, there was no actual entrance to the National Park that I saw. Easy
