Squaw Valley Park and the surrounding trail were severely damaged during the storms and flooding in early July and have been closed since then. Repair work is now in full swing and we hope to be able to open very soon (weather dependent). Watch our website and Facebook page for updates and announcements.
It has been closed due to the flooding in the area this past summer. The homes across the street from the park but closer to Freeport Road unfortunately had severe damage.
It currently is not and hasn't been for a little while. Not sure why, but assuming some sort of repairs are being made.
