There is no audio or video recording in the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Photographs are allowed without flashes.
Yes you can take pictures. Not sure about a camcorder. But I just used my.phone.
They will tell you just no flash in theatres and no production filming.
You can take photos. There is nothing that states no video recording. I'm sure you can make some video clips of your visit.
I don't know about a camcorder, but you can take pictures unless otherwise marked.
