No that's free if you have kids there. If you don't have kids there then it's creepy.
It's not creepy if you don't want to jump, pay for your children and just have a seat. William Kuntsman is just being a tool.
No fee for observers. Even some parents joined in a bit with their kids, but I don't think we were charged for that.
