When I went in November I drove to their location and a little bus drove us to the airport and we left our car at their location, when we returned we called and they sent them back to pick us up and brought us to our car... we didn't give any kind of notice at all.
You drive to their location. Employee driver gets in your car and takes you curbside. When you return, call their number witj your claim check number and then they pick you up in their bus. While you are im transit to their lot, your car is started and waiting for you when you get there. I love their service and recommend.
