Why do you not answer your phone or respond to e-mails? I have tried and tried to cancel a reservation but no luck. How do you expect to have loyal customers when you show no interest in picking up the phone or responding to inquiries. Otis Reed

They are the worst company to deal with.. there is a older lady that works in there that truly hates her job and is the most disrespectful person I have ever met.. I had a car break down on me and the tow truck driver picked it up a mile from budget and some how the car got lost for 5 days and they tried to charge me for still having the car...that place is a scam.. they will also take your deposit everyone as well if they have to vacuum it at all...

I was able to return my rental at 4am, you can leave your keys in the car,, or use the key return box. The airport shuttle was there as well.

Is there a shuttle available at 430 or 5am for budget at the CVG airport?

It's off-site, but there is a shuttle that will take you to the lot.

The Budget Car Rental at the Greater Cincinnati Airport deserves 5 Stars in customer service and in efficiency. The whole process of picking up, and dropping off the rental was so easy and hassle free that I just couldn't believe It! Thank you!
