What kind of target setup is on the tube rifle range? Should I just bring some paper targets and some tape or more (like my own target stand)?

I believe you do need a target stand at the rifle tubes. They are open from sun up to sun down. The the bench range is only open on certain days and during certain hours they are at different locations on the property

There is no tube rifle range to my knowledge. Benches and a range out to 300 yds. You need your own target stand and targets.
