Yes, they do. They also do intonation/truss rod adjustments for tuning stability. When you walk in, turn to the left and they have a workbench there. They may need you to leave it there and take a couple days to do it depending on business.

Guitar Center does it but they will charge you probably too much when you can do it yourself it's very easy just look it up online how to do it and it'll walk you through it it's not hard at all it may take you 30 minutes first time maybe an hour but try it you have to learn to change your strings if you want to play the guitar
