Worst urgent care. Waited over an hour in the lobby and the well over another hour in the room with no one seeing me, swabbing me, nothing. Called to express my concern and whoever the lady is that answered the phone had no empathy whatsoever. Terrible urgent care and I wish there was another that was really close to me like that one. Full of ppl who don’t care.

I came here for a DOT physical and drug screen. There was a 2 hour wait ahead of me. I went ahead and said that it is okay and I will wait, so they scheduled the appointment at 1:15 for the same day. It is now 2:05 and I am still waiting. They have called 2 different patients back after the receptionist, Tamia, told me I was the next patient to be called. Also, if you are updated on your vaccines, you’re still forced to wear a mask. This place is an utter joke.

$89 for the consultation, and then any additional services can be discussed at the time of service. We are always happy to work out payment plans/options as well! Not being able to pay is no reason for someone NOT to receive medical care!
