Yes, they do. They also do intonation/truss rod adjustments for tuning stability. When you walk in, turn to the left and they have a workbench there. They may need you to leave it there and take a couple days to do it depending on business.
30 days maybe unless you buy a warranty. They won't buy broken equipment so they probably warranty 30 days
