I’m in a Hud housing apartment. I’m disabled and recieve the home care Waver services. There is mold in my apartment, and the management will not remediate it. It’s making me very sick. What Can I do. What are my rights?

Call the Health Department. They will come out investigate, take pictures. In most cases the problems are resolved at the Housing Management's expense.
