When is the best time to call customer service? I've been trying for hours. I purchased Christmas lights this week then discovered tgat that they're half price online. Can I get the difference back?

BEST to call early afternoon and believe they will honnor the price break.

Make sure to have a screenshot or printout of the lights at half price and go in and show them. I did so with an air conditioning unit and I was only charged the online price and purchased it directly from the store.
