Yes, there is no physical barrier to tractor-trailer truck delivery to their dock. Obviously, the Walmart facility is configured to facilitate delivery of merchandise to the store by truck. Walmart policy may, however, restrict heavy truck access to their public areas and parking lot. I'm aware of a Walmart at another location that has physical barriers and signs prohibiting large trucks in their public parking areas.
