I have audio recordings of the managers ignoring my complaints and hanging up on me three times, and when I tried to settle the dispute all the girls did was make excuses. My girlfriend and I are incredibly offended and are contacting my lawyer for discrimination and retaliation all of witch I can prove. Will be telling everyone I know to shop elsewhere

Please avoid this store at all costs. For three years, I’ve received nothing but spoiled milk, eggs, bread, and produce when I do clicklist. When I shop in stores assuming I was just given the bad food, I see most other foods are the same way, with gnats everywhere. Attached is some of my produce from the clicklist order I picked up an hour ago. Not pictured are two packages of strawberries engulfed in white fuzz. Staff are gross and don’t even care to hide it. They chain smoke outside, pick their noses while handling food and money, it’s truly a sight to see. To make things worse, the substitutions make absolutely no sense. Thai basil was replaced with thyme and breakfast sausage patties were replaced with bratwursts. At this point, I’m worried about the education system out here. Just a complete and total shot show. I avoided this place for as long as I could, but the convince of it being the only grocery store near me today won. The produce I received was for my 11 month old baby. Clearly I can’t any of this to him or else he’s get sick. I filled up a whole trash can of bad food today, what a waste of money. I will be contacting the health department tomorrow. I should have done it years ago.

Big, brightly lit store.

I am giving two stars and those are for the employees that are helpful and polite. However, I absolutely detest how Kroger manages their "sales" and makes it impossible for many people to benefit from them. Having to use a card and use points is one thing but the points now expire at the end of each month and the digital coupons are a huge joke. They are useless...especially for a lot of the elderly population. My Kroger app suddenly stopped working and wouldn't allow me to log in so I obtained a new card and attempted to create a new login. It's simply just not worth it. The CEOs that come up with these marketing ploys apparently don't have a clue about how to make shopping pleasant and convenient. I suppose I'll just move on to another market that is more responsive to consumer needs.

Because they can. They'll come with excuses like employee shortage and covid. They're just saving MONEY, more profit for them!
Not sure, maybe 16
Yes but the cashier is very slow if you need any help with anything other then pay at the pump.
I'm not sure. You can look on their eebsite and type in the item.
