Outside only. It os an interesti g place and you will find so much that is interesting and confusing. But kids will love it.

Just outside it's pretty much a glorified artsy picnic area it's a neat place to take pictures at and look at somebody's imagination when it comes to garbage all around LOL if it's not far from you I would definitely pack of sandwich and sit there and take a few pictures
