Hi my appointment is on Wednesday 27th of March 2019 which is 3 days from now. That was only available appointment as Monday and Tuesday were not available. May I still come on Monday and take my chances? Have to leave in 10 days.

You can walk in just have everything including your proof of travel with you when you go. Fyi if you wait til your appointment you will still have more than enough time to get your passport they have a pretty quick turn around

When I was there they were accepting walk-ins, you might just have to wait a bit longer
