Why do they sometimes close in the middle of the day for no reason? I'm fed up with wasting my time to drive there just to realize they are closed in normal business hours.

Don't get me lying, but I think they have a sign up, somewhere bout the weather, if not it should be brought to the Managers Atten: and put up here on your review, that will catch their Atten, lol.I got mad cause, I had just tipped the guy that was there, and my mats were real dirty, and he was inside the car wash cleaning up, and I know that they use those brooms that they dip in those buckets to clean the back and the side of the cars off, except mine that day!! I GOT JIPPED! They were closed, when I asked this big black dude, if I could use the broom dipped in the water 2 scrub my mats real quick, he said no, so I found some puddles, that had soap in them, and threw my mats upside down in them, just to get some dam soapy water, so I can wipe them off with my Micro rag, n he was like u can't be in here, rudely!, I wasn't in there technically, I was on the outer part, in a dam puddle!? And he could not let me use the dam puddle of water?! And knew that I tipped him!! That is bull!
