The facility spans three floors with the locker room and pool in the basement.
May be the same gym, but under new management so seems good to me. They have complementary warm towels at checkin (consistent except rush hr), plenty of showers locker rooms that are clean, and decently quick check in service. I have heard that their classes are good as well; they're all included with the base membership cost, which they will kindly negotiate down for you on demand.
