Are products purchased in factory store the same price as ordering online ?

Yes, they are the same price. However, you avoid the shopping expense and wait time. I was also able to sample colors by going to the store.

If you're close enough it's worth it. There are new products there not on the site. Plus there is an extra level of product verification inspection at the check out window to make sure you're getting the right part. Not to say the make shipping errors but it's there.

The store is actually very cool, the savings in shipping trumps the cost of gas to get there in my opinion. They have a cafe in the store with free coffee and treats while you wait for your order to be pulled. Very nice staff as well.

I wondered the same thing, but I live close by, so it was easy to check online before heading over to their impressive "campus" in beautiful Bolingbrook, right along the north frontage of I-55, west of Rt 53. Turns out it was worth the trip. Same price, combined with same-day installation. Also worth noting was the fascinating decor of their waiting area.
