They seem to have it open based on staffing. I have seen many times during normal hours it not be open. Let's just say it should be open but in my experience has been hit or miss.
Ricky is right about the drive thru being open based on staffing. The closer to lunch and dinner you go, the more likely you are to have the drive thru open.
