I went there today to order my meal and part of my order was a LARGE sweet team and a MEDIUM caramel iced coffee. They asked if a large caramel iced coffee would be okay because they were out of mediums. I said that would be fine. I blame myself because I wasn't paying attention when I got my food, but how is it that I ended up with a medium sweet tea, and a large caramel iced coffee? Not only that but the caramel iced coffee tastes like it was flavored for either a small or medium cup. How hard is it?

Took about 20 mins to get my food. It was barely hot either. There was a long line because everyone had a long wait on food. At least they got my order right but this establishment is not considered fast food which it should be. The attendees didnt seem pleasant either.
