We came in at 130 on a Monday, we were the only customers there. The staff was pleasant but did not seem very focused on work. The cook was spending most of his time choosing songs to play from his phone so that he could sing along loudly and obnoxiously to them. I ordered my hash browns with peppers and onions and the cook majorly skimped on both, there was literally 4 jalapeños cut In half and 8 slivers of onion. When I told my sever Shelby that it was skimpy she replied “oh well, I don’t cook the food and the toppings were only 50 cents”. I insisted on her getting me more peppers and onions to make it a full order, which she was pleasant about, but when we got our check she actually had the audacity to charge for the “extra” peppers and onions. It’s sad that this place is cutting like this, I don’t think we will be back very soon.

This is the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been in. They were so quick and efficient even though they’re busy. I can also tell that the chef cares about how their food tastes and looks because the grits and eggs were PERFECTLY seasoned and cooked. True execution of the classics. Diamond, our server, goes above and beyond and made sure we were satisfied with our food. Wish we lived closer.

It’s 5:30am and not one car in sight. I pretty sure that it’s ran 24 hours, and that the morning shift will be starting soon. There a black haired lady and this gentleman in the pic below. As I walk in there is no signage stating take out orders only with specific times. The lady with no greeting, rudely blurts that it’s take out only. No empathy for my inconvenience. I simply wanted to have my breakfast in a dining room with a table. I live in my truck and frankly get tired of sitting there to eat. Shocked by how she addressed me I silently turn around to exit, and the gentleman in which I assume is the cook, let this giggle out as if he was thoroughly amused. I’ve come in to this very establishment and was able to sit and eat while they’ve ran the dining room, I remember them, and showed my gratitude to both graciously. The gentleman looked exhausted that night, and the waitress was significantly overwhelmed. This may not reach the eyes that it should, however, it be noted for the two that I encountered on this day. I’ll continue to come to this establishment but it will definitely be during dining hours instead of the overnight currently 5:30am when no one has still showed up at all. With the current events it is understood there are CDC guidelines. Guarantee that no one follows them exactly how they should. And to sit here for almost an hour and no one pulls up for so much as a coffee, speaks volumes at how ppl do not care about anything but what they’re not going to do. Being happy with just getting by.

This was a pretty good Waffle House location. The service was quick, the food was good and the cleanliness was typical of Waffle Houses. It was pretty busy, with all of the booths full and the counter was full for a while also. The food arrived quickly after we ordered it, and they moved people through the restaurant quickly. Not gourmet dining, but exactly what we expected for Waffle House, and it was good. It was a bit tough to get to the restaurant, as you can only enter from Racetrack road in the one direction, requiring me to perform a u-turn at the traffic light.
