You can do either they just cut off walk-ins 30 min before close.
I have pre-ordered from other locations, but chose to walk in this time. I found them very accommodating, as an out-of-stater myself, and the budtenders knowledgeable at each step of the way. I also enjoyed the fact that was free parking in the heart of the city.
