I would call them as soon as possible. I had a tracking number stalled in same location for a long time, they lost It! How do you lose a huge box (toddler carseat) is beyond me. That location seems to have quite a few lost packages. Read the reviews. I hope you get your delivery. (If that's what you mean by delay)
Not the biggest in the world, only Illinois. I used to work there, if your package is delayed most likely it's on another truck. It takes alot to load those packages. And it's never easy! If any issues should arise, contact them immediately and soak to one of the managers in the warehouse, not the office. The warehouse is where packages get 'misplaced, delayed, lost'. The office won't know a thing trust me....
It depends on location but Hodgkins is the biggest ups in the world volume wise if package is late call company you ordered from and they will follow up and find your package
