Friendly people and quick unload, never had a problem here. Docks are probably some of the tightest you'll ever come across especially on the receiving side but thats part of life.

The automated check in was kind of neat and we got assigned a door fairly quickly. So that's cool. HOWEVER, the squish of trying to back into the doors was very frustrating. The giant curb and narrow alley is hard to get in to. And....now we've been sitting here for almost 3 hours to get loaded. They haven't been in the trailer for more than 45 minutes. Guessing the back end paperwork is not automated. =___= So, bring your backing A game and reward yourself with a nice destress nap while you wait a while after.

Make sure for check in you have truck and trailer license plate and dispatcher name and number

No best to come close to appt time. Few times they do load early.
Not sure exactly but they don't load overnight. Usually if you check in by 6-7 you should be fine. Don't quote me on that though! Better to call and ask.
