I can't give them less starts. Prepare to waste your entire day!!! I can do 1000 miles while they are unloading and cleaning the trailer. It's insane Ups!!! Delivery at 8am leaving at 6:30 pm! Calling to check about empty trailer and was on cleaning stage area since 1pm.

The worst place to deliver, stay away my fellow truck drivers. They will hold you in for ever for no damn reason, and they gonna be rude to you for asking them for ETA

We haul in and out of that ups facility. We take our load to tx out of there and bring back from tx. It is amazing the way that they move their freight. But I also know some times the loads are held up by weather or a truck breakdown. If it has been at a sort facility that long you should call the contact at ups and inquire about the delay. I also had a package that was held up by going to 3 nearby sort facilities all within 300 miles of my home that took 2 extra days.
