Thanks Deborah, I'm happy to hear that your experience with the agency has been a positive one but my issue is with the administrative piece of the Villa. I'm a former employee who is trying to track down info regarding my retirement account but am unable to reach anyone directly and messages go unreturned. This is not a new issue btw but I was hoping that the HR dept. would have become more conscientious and reliable over time. Maybe someday. My son is currently a resident here and the staff has been great with us as far as comminication. I am sorry you are experienceing this situation. Maybe you could reach out to the director. I dont know her name but she may be easy to reach.
