Wish I look at these reviews before and Wish I can give 0 stars. Do not send your children here. My experience was bad. They have the kids do labor work and don’t pay then or underpay them . The last straw is when they didn’t pay my son . So now I’m taking them to small claims court for labor and reporting them to the department of labor for trafficking children. He’s not the only one some kids are either scared to say something or their parents simply not a caring mom as I am.

This place sucks. I was a resident 2 times here, I ran away and went on the run. The staff don’t care and are disrespectful and that is prolly why they always get injured. If your looking to keep your kid out of trouble here wouldn’t be it, this place is a joke and sets your kids up for failure expecially if they know the area.

Questions & Answers

Does anyone else have trouble getting callbacks from this agency and what, if anything, have you been able to do to resolve this issue?

Thanks Deborah, I'm happy to hear that your experience with the agency has been a positive one but my issue is with the administrative piece of the Villa. I'm a former employee who is trying to track down info regarding my retirement account but am unable to reach anyone directly and messages go unreturned. This is not a new issue btw but I was hoping that the HR dept. would have become more conscientious and reliable over time. Maybe someday. Best of luck to you and your son Deborah, stay involved and positive and I'm sure you'll have him back when the time is right. Thanks again, Tom
