I have lived here for a few months and have not once experienced mice. I have had nothing but a fairly pleasant experience living here, if that changes...then my review will. So far, so good.
I agree they (AIMCO) are the worst. Complete and utter shyster. Surprised they don't try to charge ypu for the air you breathe. Never never never would I rent from them again
