Brought my car in wednesday morning because the check engine light was on. Didnt have an appointment but was told someone would have it looked at the next day or the day after, which i was fine with waiting. Two days and no communication later i called for an update and no one had gotten to the car and now the earliest anyone can look at it is sometime next week. Would have been fine with that if it had been communicated upfront, but now ive essentially wasted two days where someone else could have fixed it by now. it seems that any time something pops up with the car the only way to get it resolved in a timely manner is to take it anywhere except the dealership i bought it from. So i guess if you know a week or two in advance that something is going to happen to your vehicle this is the place to go, but if anything happens and youre in a pinch youre better off saving yourself the time and finding someone else to fix it. Update: never heard from anyone at the dealership, please save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and take your car literally anywhere else

I have been looking for a vehicle to purchase for my daughter for 5 months and have been disappointed. I have been driven from Wisconsin to The suburbs of Chicago several times. I recently did some research and saw an advertisement on Wilkins Hyundai website. The salesperson Kevin, Rich and the team was upfront with the pricing, went the extra mile to denote the minor issues with the vehicle and made sure I an agreed repair (a crack in the windshield) was taken care of near my home in Milwaukee, WI. I would recommend this dealership. I am also posting because we often write a negative review when things go bad and often don’t went things go well. I hope. This post is helpful.
