Although, yes it is at your own discrection.. it would depend where the cast was on your body. If the cast causes any imbalance or restrains movements necessary, then it would be suggested that you did not rollerskate and/or could be refused admission. Skating with physical restrictions due to injury could increase risks of further injuring yourself. And is a hazard that could cause injury to other skaters.
