So I called this place to repair a bumping sound that I have on my washer back in February.... Person came out to see what was the problem. Asked, how's it washing. Washing is good, that's not the problem. The bumping sound is. After $200.+ And the piece was placed, I STILL get the bumping sound. So.... What should I do? The clothes still gets their cleaning before and after the repair. Why did I spend money for? Why do I have a bumpy sound still? Back in March, I was asked will anyone be home the following week I said yes.... Nothing YET

Sean responded promptly and thoroughly to my query regarding an issue with my glasstop stove. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. As promised, I received a call the day before giving me a two hour window for the appointment. The technician, Mike, called in advance of his arrival. He explained everything that he did, quickly made the repair and was on his way. I appreciated that he was able to bring both parts that could have caused the problem, saving me a second appointment. They, of course, only charged me for the part they used. This was my first experience with Hauck and it was 100% positive. Will use them again should the need arise and definitely recommend this business.

I highly recommend Hauck Appliance Repair. I contacted four appliance repair businesses to request a quote to repair our over-the-range, 6-year-old Kenmore microwave. Two never got back to me, and one told me they don't repair microwaves. Sean from Hauck Appliance Repair got back to me quickly and was able to schedule a visit for the following week. He called 30 minutes before he arrived, arriving on time, early in the two-hour window I was given, and was professional and polite throughout the entire visit. It took him only about 30 minutes to make the repair, and he even took time to discuss the problem and the repair with us. He was very careful with everything he did, and even wiped clean everything he touched when he was finished. The cost was also extremely reasonable and was so much cheaper than buying a new microwave. Sean was great, and our microwave now works perfectly - this was an excellent experience all-around. I highly recommend giving Hauck a call when you need to have an appliance repaired.

I called and Sean came out the very next day as promised. He was very professional and explained to me everything he was doing while he was servicing my freezer/ice maker. I will use his service again and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for in home appliance repairs.
