Well for starters the bed was not made correctly. Instead of a comforter there was a fitted sheet in its place. It made for a horrible sleep. We also needed some towels so we decided to ask for room service after the third day. They said we needed to stay 5 nights to get that service and it has to be scheduled 24 hours in advance. On the fourth night my son decided to yell through the door we were out of toilet paper! Soooo I had to walk my happy rear end downstairs to get my own re fill of paper . I just it was so weird that a hotel at this price you don’t get your room cleaned, have to get towels and re fill your own soap and toilet paper. Not to mention it was a little dirty when we arrived but decided when they service the room we will let them know but that didn’t happen. Luckily my wife brought Lysol wipes and cleaned the gross spots and floor herself. If you like paying top dollar for a room and doing all your own housekeeping I would say this is definitely the place! Although the breakfast was delightfully good.

One bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Happy hour had a nice selection. Andreas was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We stay at a lot of Hilton‘s and this kind of service is over and above most others.

Never waste my time writing reviews but this place truly was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life. We did not receive a room key all weekend so we had to wait for staff to let us in and out of our room. Upon check in the woman at the front desk was so vile and nasty to me and ordered me to sit down while i was waiting for her to find me a room.. even though my reservation was made a week in advance. she left me sitting for about 30 minutes in the lobby with my luggage while she helped other guest and even offered for them to sure their amenities while they waited for their rooms. Eventually a manager and a supervisor came out to get me into a room once i began crying in their lobby because I was so frustrated with how I was treated like I was nothing. I was promised she would be spoken to.. but nope. through out the weekend that same woman glared me down or walked away when I needed to be let into my room. She even insisted she did not need to apologize to me as if she did nothing wrong. Hilton needs to do a better job. It was completely unacceptable behavior. 400 dollars for two nights in a room with vile staff and a dirty room. The counters were not even wiped down and during a time of covid it's quite alarming. not to mention 40 dollars for parking when more than half the cars in the lot were not tagged with parking passes the entire weekend. I would not advise staying here as it was a total waste of money, time, and energy. The whole weekend was ruined by that woman's vile attitude. She should not be working in customer service and i'm beyond disgusted that they let her speak to me and treat me like that throughout my entire stay. If you are looking for a room locally the Renaissance Marriott across the street is a way better stay with clean rooms and very friendly attentive staff.

1st floor rooms make it easy to get to your room quickly. Parking charge of $10 dollars is concerning as this is not a resort and instead is only situated in a business park. If you are looking for a healthy breakfast you will need to dine outside the kitchen here. In the lobby there is a wonderfully charming fireplace on cold nights! They are one of the few Hiltons that I have stayed at that still have Lysol wipes available in their lobby Beautiful outdoor patio with a fire place there as well. I always sleep so very well as beds are very comfortable. The suites at Homewood suites are always very roomy and the showers are pretty enormous! Full refrigerator fairly large microwave and cook top stove are always part of all of their suites. Overall a nice place to stay. Very secure and safe and quiet. I do love the Homewood suites hotels by Hilton.

The bed is next to the bathroom and the sofabed is next to the kitchen. I don't think there are any rooms with a different layout but calling the hotel would be the best way to find out.
To be honest im not sure. Only because my husband always plugs up his video game for us to watch our bet+ and Netflix.
No they don't have one and if you want a yellow cab you need to request it with 1 our before yo need to leave. They are not close or use uber.
Your going to have to contact the hotel. That should be the best way to approach that. I don't know.
