Used to be my fave Domino's location, but this location is so severely understaffed and yet online orders are still being redirected here. I want to be understanding due to the pandemic, but waiting two hours for nothing, being unable to get a refund and just overall terrible experience trying to get food from here. Rude staff, nobody answering phones, terrible service. Just change your local domino's on the app and don't give these people your money. Management must be awful here if they can't get anybody in the stores.

Third this ordering from this location. Always get burnt pizza and rude people when we call to ask for an exchange taking over 1 and half to send another pizza

placed an order at 10:50. they began prepping my order right away, and then it stopped. no call no notice or anything. just charged my card and never got the pizza. tried contacting customer service and they were no help, i called another store and they offered to make it and actually advised on what to do with the situation. store and was called over a dozen times and no one picked up, calling the ‘manger’ like recommended on the website doesn’t work either since it’s the same number and no one picks up.
