Most horrific experience at the Aliso Viejo Center location: stylist botched my hair, was longer on the right side and when I pointed it out to her she proceeded to argue with me telling me it's because the right side was more wet (?). She blewdried the eight side to prove her point, and when done, my hair looked crasy, all uneven and poofy. Needless to say that i kept it in a ponytail, paid and left to never return. BEWARE!!!!!
