Hi Mike Most of our pies are made in Henrietta in the bakery originally owned by Leos Bakery's brothers (Balta Brothers) who made pies for Wegmans and restaurants in Rochester for 34 years. It was sold to Pillsbury when they retired. Pillsbury sold it to a college student from RIT who remodeled the bakery and now makes 30,000 - 50,000 pies a day and name brands them for retailers all over the united states. Rather than sending the raw frozen pies that are the overrun of production to a landfill, they sell them to Colby's. We bake them fresh daily for our customers in Rochester and now Syracuse. We do make cream pies and grape pies at our bakery. We hope you try all of the other flavors, they are made from the finest ingredients. Thank you for asking Jim & Kim
To the best of my knowledge, there is no "bakery". Colby's is located in Rush-Henrietta, it's a dinner/ice cream shop that recently stopped serving grilled foods. They now have pizza and other things like that. They have pies, cakes, and ice cream regularly.
