What is "stud"?. If he's not breathing, or overdosing then yes absolutely. If not, being addicted to something isn't going to be cured in a short while. Do some research about addiction treatment facilities, or just at least talk to a professional about the issue at hand. Addiction treatment takes time, plus the person needs to be willing to make a change in their life. If you've exhausted every possible avenue, then perhaps visiting the hospital is a way to get help. But, if life is NOT in danger don't check into the ER. You'll wind up frustrated because the ER is for Emergencies only. Where a human life is in danger of being lost
