Am 77 years old and would like a birth and death certificate of my infant son born at W.C.A.in Mar.1967. Have not found on line.. can hospital help me get them?

Go to city hall. They should have the birth certificate there. The hospital probably does not have records back that far.

Robbie is right. Jamestown City Clerk has Death Certificates. In person go into City Hall, or start with a call to Jamestown City Clerk.
