Hello Vincent, We accept hundreds of insurance plans over multiple states, so it's best to contact the location you wish to visit to see if they are in network with your specific plan. Some frames are accepted, you are welcome to bring your frame to the store and our associates will be able to assist to check if it is accepted.
They may or may not take my supplemental Medicare insurance. But I've checked it out & you still end up paying 200.-300.00 on the glasses!
