The woman at the front desk did not even bother to look up to greet me when I arrived. Throughout the check-in process, she did not once make eye contact with me. She had pink-beige hair and appeared to be Latina or mixed race. I was really surprised at the total lack of welcoming reception. It made me feel fairly certain that I would never return. I also didn't think the doctor was very personable. I have multi-focal contact in one eye and distance in the other, a combination that I came up with with myf ormer eye doctor. I really like the combination but need stronger vision correction. He said that he did not like multi focal lenses, and that he would not have set up my presciption that way. I had not asked him what he liked or how he would do it, and judging from how young he looked I'm pretty sure that the doctor who did create my presciption has a lot more experience than he does. I left the office feeling very disappointed.

Not necessarily, i was able to schedule online at one location across town and couldn't make it and walked in to another location and they were able to schedule me right in within the hour

I don't think they're capable of that honestly. I had real crappie service and attitude that day I went in there. I don't know if I would trust them. I'll never go back to that one. The one in Lakewood is way better in service. It's on Colfax.
