How do you contact someone in this office. I'm about to contact the attorney general's office. I have packages due to be delivered every day since Dec. 1. Well then that date rolls by an no package. Where is my package?

I am located in Tremont ( Goodspring). So many of my packages have been sitting on the truck an not delivered. I been trying to contact someone in the office but only get the answering device.
