If I could leave ZERO stars for this facility, I would. For years I have been having problems. Sick to death of having to constantly call them. I even had freaking YARD SIGNS printed and delivered, with arrows and directions for Delivery personnel. Can the drivers even read??? My address is listed on each package, yet they proceed to leave it on a wall on the street, or someone else's house. I try to avoid any businesses that use FedEx, but sometimes it cannot be helped. Funny, if it is delivered from the Hazelton or Reading facilities it makes it to my porch. They aren't even FROM this immediate area! Done with Auburn. I will continue to contact Corporate until they re-staff this entire place. Ridiculous!

I am located in Tremont ( Goodspring). So many of my packages have been sitting on the truck an not delivered. I been trying to contact someone in the office but only get the answering device.

where is my shipment. you had it at plant since oct 30 and it is now nov 8. i see why they say fedex is the worst shipping. next time i will use ups even if it costs more. i guess when i get package it will be crushed too.

I'm sorry to hear that your package. I'm only a delivery driver. I have no control over when you will be receiving your package.

Do you even have drivers? I could have walked there and home every single day since you've had my package. 10 days now. Out for delivery, out for delivery, out for delivery. What exactly is going on at this waste of a facility????

Fed Ex says they delivered my package, but where to? I don't have it. Customer service is of no help either. Company shipping to me was notified. Fed Ex clearly negligent & they can't track back to their employee to find out where they delivered to?

I had a similar issue. Supposedly there is no listed or available number for that location. I went there in person and they were able to locate my stuff so I could take it home with me.
