Is there a problem with upload speed I am supposed to have 3.0 or more I cannot get past 0.26 or lower. Or is it my arris router? I have no idea.

Unless you just happen to get someone on here who is a computer wiz and knows about this you won't be able to get that answered here. Many people think they are asking the company directly and I think they mislead people where it seems like the business will see this but it's actually just the community
