If you have significant illnesses or medical devices attached to your body it is best not to expose others to this as it is rather unpleasant, also not allowed in the pools and hot tubs I believe. I don't know the official rules on all that, but I discourage it and would not want to see people nude in that condition. I would check their website and call to confirm what is OK and not with regards to medical issues and what areas of the grounds. Of course no open wounds in the pools and hot tubs.
