If tickets purchased on groupon, do I have to reserve my seats prior to the date of my attendance

Only Club Car, 1st class have reserved seating for obvious reasons. All other seating on the train is 1st come 1st served.

I don't recall them reserving specific seats but they do take your name and party because they only have so many spaces available & when they reach that the train is deemed sold out and your out of luck.

Yes, I purchased my ticket through Groupon & I had to call them to reserve space on the train in advance.

They don't have reserved seating. I would call them for further details.
