I thought I should update information about service at Lowe's. It continues to suck. Best bet is to shop online and hope somebody fills your order correctly. Better bet is to shop on Amazon Prime that way you can always return it if it didn't meet your expectations. Hard to find an employeed to
I would bet Curtis works for lowes, or family does. I hear a lot of comments about the north store being a hated store.

Well it's like every thing else. Sometimes you'll find someone that's good and knows what their talking about.
I have had great experience at Lowe's, however it does depend on the department. Perhaps make a formal complaint to corporate so they can understand your frustrations.
