My husband and I bought a grill, the first night we had top notch employees that tried to fit our grill tried to help us and are a credit to that store. Get there this morning to try to get our grill. Customer svs lady was rude and bitter at obviously not us because we have never engaged her prior til today. Another young man bent our grill at the bottom then went about his day. Leaving us to figure it out. Only reason why we went to this store was because they had the grill in stock other wise we would have stayed on the south side. These people need retrained during the day we shouldn’t have to be engaged with obvious personal issues. Had to buy tools to take it apart because they don’t have any in a box. Cause everyone has a truck and 9- 5 as truck drivers no we could not wait for delivery. We had to go to work delivering meat and produce. This is insane

I have been going to lose almost every day for the last 3 years. Sadly to say, the customer service is not what it used to be.
I had a license electric install and he wouldn't give me the his license info for my warranty

They did not when I was there but I believe they will have by the end of this week. .y guess
