It is now completely indoors and not AT ALL like the pictures show. Very misleading if you're looking for what is in the pictures.
I believe they close at 9 or 10. They do not have any indoor seating, but there is a sort of closed off seating area. Not sure about winter hours. I was wondering the same thing. If I find out I will update here.
