There is no card to my knowledge. You register with your email and phone number. At checkout, the cashier will ask if you are a Michael's reward member. You then give your phone number or type it into the card swipe machine. Michaels will send you digital coupons and they will often let you use more than one coupon at a time. They also now accept competitor coupons. Just be sure to read the 'exclusions' section on the coupon, so you don't waste your time shopping only to find out that the coupon doesn't work for your item.
They really just take your email so I can send you way too many emails. But there are a lot of coupons almost every day.
