How early can you go to southwick beach?

That all depends. If you're asking what time the lifeguards are going to be there for swimming or if you're going without them. People camp up there so pretty much as early as you want

10:00am if you are using the front door if you come in from the water anytime would be good.

As early as you want to, except there aren't lifeguards on duty until 10 AM.

Its opens by 10am. But if you want to go earlier, park in the free spaces before the welcome gate you can do that too. Walk the beach earlier & later than they are open.
